About This Course
Part of the managing professional (MP) designate, The Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) certification certifies that students have gained the knowledge and understanding to establish, maintain and develop effective service relationships at appropriate levels. DSV leads organisations on a journey in their service provider and consumer roles.
This evening class program cycle covers 6 x 3-hour online (live) trainer-led sessions with each session taking place every Tuesday evening between 6:30 PM and 9:30PM (see evening class session dates below). Students can back-class themselves by joining another ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) "evening class program cycle" within a 12-month period, or until both exam attempts have been used - whichever comes first.

This is a 3-day course starting at 09:00 London time and finishing 16:30 London time during the first 2 course days, and finishing approx., 14:30 London time on the final course day. Incorporating two 20-minute breaks and a 60-minute lunch break each course day.
- Understand how customer journeys are designed, targeting markets and stakeholders, fostering stakeholder relationships, shaping demand and defining service offerings, aligning expectations, onboarding and offboarding customers and users, ensuring continual value co-creation and realising and validating service value.
- Practices covered comprise of portfolio management, relationship management, supplier management, business analysis, service catalogue management, service desk, service level management and service request management.
The exam is taken online directly with PeopleCert (on behalf of Axelos) at a time and location of the student's choosing.
The exam format:
40 multiple choice questions with 1 mark awarded for each correct answer.
28 marks are required to pass, equating to 70%,
Closed book 90-minutes exam duration.
Certificates are issued directly by PeopleCert (on behalf of Axelos) in electronic format.
