Computer Basics - for those who feel 'left behind' by computers we cover the basics of keyboard, mouse, software and the internet.

This course is specifically designed for staff/managers with little or no knowledge of computers, or no formal training.

It is ideal for those who would like the opportunity to gain hands on experience, giving you an overview of using Microsoft Office at work.

Look at how you can create a quick sum to add up figures

Look at Outlook - how to send an email

PowerPoint – what it is and how to create a slide

OneNote - how to create a section and a page in a OneNote book

Printing documents

Using the Internet - Google or Internet Explorer for Search
