Professional Scrum with Kanban Training with Certification
Improving Flow for Scrum Teams
A Professional Scrum training course created by Ken Schwaber, Scrum.org, the Professional Scrum Trainer community, and Daniel Vacanti who helped to develop the Kanban Method for knowledge work. The Professional Scrum with Kanban™ (PSK) 2-day course shows you how you can introduce complementary practises from Kanban while continuing the way they are already working with Scrum, all without changing Scrum.
Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) is a 2-day course (delivered over 4 consecutive half days) that teaches Scrum practitioners how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will understand the importance of transparency and flow as it pertains to the Scrum framework.
Scrum is the de-facto standard for how Agile teams work. Scrum exists only in its entirety and functions well as a container for other techniques and practices. Scrum Teams keep improving how they work, based on what they learn by inspecting and adapting on an ongoing basis.
This course is delivered over over 4 consecutive half-days.

We recognise the positive impact that a happy AND motivated workforce, that has a purpose, has on client experience. The resulting divergent thinking leads to many different ideas and opportunities for the success of the organisation.
